In a recent endeavor, I had the opportunity to spearhead a proposal for a new business initiative. This project, conducted under the mentorship of managing partners, was a rigorous exercise in strategic marketing and business development within the pharmaceutical sector.

PROCESS

The journey began with an exhaustive secondary market analysis to understand the dynamics of the pharmaceutical industry. This phase involved studying industry trends, identifying market gaps, and recognizing potential growth areas. We conducted deep dives into market segmentation, customer behavior, and competitor analysis, ensuring a thorough understanding of the landscape we were entering.
